5 Reasons We Chose Colorado Springs For Our Annual ERP Customer Conference

By Kassandra Burke

Each year, the Visibility Customer Conference (VCC) brings together our team, partners, and customers from across the country (and beyond!) for a few days of learning, connection, and collaboration. The VCC planning team works hard to keep both the content and the experience fresh, and that includes carefully selecting a new location each year. This time, we’re pulling back the curtain on how we chose our 2026 destination: Colorado Springs, Colorado.

1. It's a Customer-Requested Destination

When our post-event survey results came in last year, we noticed an overwhelming interest in heading to the mountain west region of the United State - in particular to Colorado. Customer feedback is our number one consideration when it comes to choosing a venue and this year's location is a direct response to those survey results. We are excited to explore a new geographical location for VCC 2026!

2. A Setting That Inspires

The Cheyenne Mountain Resort is located at the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountains and offers us the perfect venue to step away from day-to-day challenges and look at your business from another angle. We are hopeful that the stunning backdrop and fresh mountain air will inspire big, bold ideas. The resort also offers an impressive range of amenities — from a full-service spa and championship golf course to dining, swimming, tennis, pickleball, and more.

3. Balanced Geography

Every year, VCC brings together attendees from all over the U.S. — and even a few from Mexico, Canada, and Europe. We like to switch things up by alternating between east and west coast destinations, making it easier for everyone to join in. Plus, it’s always a fun chance for our team to explore a new corner of the country. While last year we were on the sunny beaches of Singer Island, FL, we were eager to experience the mountain west region for our next event.

If your business is located within driving distance to Colorado Springs, CO we invited you to reach out to your Visibility Account Manager and learn about group discounts for bringing 3+ guests to VCC.

4. Meeting Space Built for Connection

Over the years, we’ve refined the VCC schedule to meet the unique needs of our customers. We know many of you travel a long way to join us, and we want you to get the most out of your VCC experience. That’s why, when selecting a venue, we look for flexible spaces for one-on-one consulting, comfortable areas for general and educational sessions, open spaces where our partners can connect with customers, and warm, inviting dining venues that encourage networking. Cheyenne Mountain Resort offered the perfect balance of all these elements — making it an ideal setting for this year’s conference.

5. Adventures Beyond the Conference Room

We love to choose locations that offer adventures beyond the conference room. When sessions wrap for the day we hope you will enjoy everything that the Cheyenne Mountain Resort has to offer. If you have time to extend your stay by a day or two, Colorado Springs is full of places to explore - from the Garden of the Gods Park to Pikes Peak to local breweries, shopping, and dining!
