Hosting and Uptime
Tier 1 hosting runs at 99.9% uptime, with deployment single-tenant or multi-tenant, your choice. Every cloud customer gets a standing test environment refreshable with production data on request, so changes are validated somewhere other than production.
Security and Backups
Security and access management run on SSL, with geo-redundant backups and restorations whenever needed. The disaster recovery plan is one we test and review thoroughly rather than file away and hope never to open.
Database Management and Upgrades
Database management, troubleshooting and upgrades are applied for you, by the same in-house team that builds and supports the product, so the people managing your database know exactly what is running on it. Quarterly cumulative updates land on the test environment first, so you validate each release before it reaches production.

What is included in the monthly fee?

Is the SaaS version a different product?
No. Visibility ERP is 100% browser based, and the SaaS deployment is the same system customers run on premise. The difference is who carries the infrastructure, not what the application does.

Visibility's own team, the same company that builds the product and staffs Support, so hosting, support and development answer to one another directly.
