Our full agenda is in the works. Here is a general idea of what to expect at VCC 2026:
May 5:
- Optional Golf Outing at the Country Club of Colorado ~8 am (more details to come)
- Registration & Welcome Reception at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort 6-9 pm
May 6:
- Breakfast, lunch, coffee break offered
- Sessions, lab and speed consulting all day from 9 am - 4 pm
- Evening Dinner (location and time TBD)
May 7:
- Breakfast, lunch, coffee break offered
- Sessions, lab and speed consulting all day from 9 am - 4 pm
- 4 pm - VCC 2026 ends, see you in 2027!

Breakout Sessions Led By Visibility Experts, Customers, and Partners: Our conference offers 2 full days of educational sessions. We cover both functional and technical topics as well as collaborative roundtables.
Open Product Lab. Our Lab is open and available to customers all day Wednesday and Thursday for you to drop-in and get any of your Visibility issues addressed by a member of the Visibility support team.
Speed Consulting. Speed Consulting offers our customers the chance to make an appointment with our consultants in advance. We offer Speed Consulting appointments in a variety of topic areas, including Best Practices, Finance, Technology, IT Management, Application, Programming, Manufacturing, and Workflows. Our Speed Consulting calendar will open in early 2026 - stay tuned!
