Visibility ERP is a 100% browser-based, zero-footprint application built on Microsoft .NET, supporting Oracle® and Microsoft® SQL Server™ databases. Reporting and analytics built in

The IQ Plus report writer is included, alongside over 800 standard reports out of the box and business intelligence analyzers: pre-linked data marts on Microsoft® SQL Server analytic tools, each built to answer a specific business function's questions.

Collaboration where the work is

Workflow, document management with attachments and linking, threaded discussions, chat logs, and secure customer and vendor portals keep project communication attached to the records it concerns, so information stays traceable at every step from quote to delivery.

Business performance management

Business Performance Management consolidates data from across the system, then queries, analyzes and presents it in an organized view. Each analyzer captures the data most relevant to one business function, so the analysis starts where the decision is made.

What one backbone actually means

Most ERP suites are acquisitions wearing one logo: a finance system, a planning system and a shop floor system stitched together at the seams, and the seams are where jobs get lost. Visibility ERP was built as one product, every function developed at the same time to the same standards, which is why the system is consistent everywhere and the learning curve stays short.

One backbone means one part master shared by engineering and production, one demand picture driving planning, one job record accumulating shop floor actuals, and one set of books in finance reading from all of it. Nothing is interfaced to itself: a quote is not copied into an order, it is the same record with its status advanced, and every work order keeps its link back to the sales order line it satisfies. That is what makes quote-to-cash a description of the system rather than a slogan on it.

What is quote-to-cash ERP?

A system that carries the same record from quotation through engineering, planning, production, shipment and payment. The alternative is a relay race between systems, and relay races drop batons at every handoff.

What is the difference between make-to-order and engineer-to-order?

Make-to-order builds a defined product when an order arrives. Engineer-to-order designs, or redesigns, the product for each order, so engineering sits inside the order cycle instead of ahead of it. Visibility ERP runs both, along with mixed-mode plants doing some of each.

What platform does it run on?

Visibility ERP is 100% browser based with zero client footprint, built on Microsoft .NET, supporting Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, Azure SQL included, deployed in the cloud as SaaS or on premise. Releases are quarterly and cumulative, SaaS is available single-tenant or multi-tenant, and it is the same system in every deployment.

How long does an implementation take, and who does it?

Four to six months is typical, and our own team does the work. We have built, implemented and supported the product in house since 1988, without a failed implementation.
