VCC 2027 is three days built around direct access to the people who build Visibility ERP: an opening keynote on where the product is headed, the Solutions Floor's four hands-on stations, and the networking in between, from the Monday welcome reception to an optional round of golf. Nothing here is a canned pitch — every session, demo and conversation runs with the team that actually builds, implements and supports the system.
The Visibility Solutions Floor
The Solutions Floor is the heart of VCC 2027, an open, energized space designed to put you in direct conversation with the Visibility team around the topics that matter most to your business.
Rather than sitting through hours of presentations, you will spend your time at one of four themed stations, each staffed by Visibility experts ready to walk you through live demos, answer your questions, and dig into the specifics of how the software works in your environment. Every station runs structured 30-minute training sessions throughout the day on a published schedule, so you can plan ahead and attend the sessions most relevant to your role, then stay and keep the conversation going during open floor time between sessions.
The four stations on the Solutions Floor

What to expect
The full schedule is still being finalized, but the shape of the week is set.
Monday: Arrival
An optional golf outing in the morning, then a welcome reception that evening, buffet and station dinner with casual networking.
Optional Golf Outing
Check-in is at 9:00 AM at the Links Club House (a shuttle runs from the hotel; it's about 1.5 miles), with practice facilities open beforehand. Tee time is 10:00 AM on the Links Course at Wild Dunes. This is optional and requires advance registration, so register when you sign up for VCC if you would like to play. $325 per person, which includes lunch and drinks.
Tuesday: Keynote and Solutions Floor
An opening keynote covers the state of Visibility ERP, product momentum and the roadmap, then the Solutions Floor opens for the rest of the day across all four tracks.
Wednesday: Solutions Floor
A full day on the Solutions Floor, continuing across all four tracks.
Led by the People Who Build It
Every session is led by the Visibility team who build, implement and support the product, not outsourced speakers, and each one leaves open time afterward at the same station for continued discussion and Q&A.

$895 per person before February 1, 2027, $1,395 per person after, and $750 for a 4th attendee from the same company, and $500 per guest, which includes access to the Welcome Party and Dinner Event. The optional Golf Outing is $325 per person, including lunch and drinks. Register here.

Four parallel, hands-on tracks running across the event's two main days. Sessions are not ticketed, so you move between stations as your interests take you, and each one leaves open time afterward for continued discussion.
