Mark your calendars: the Visibility Customer Conference (VCC 2027) will be held May 3–5, 2027, at Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
Last spring, more than 50 customers joined us at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs for VCC 2026. This year we're heading east to the coast, and we're changing more than the scenery.
Isle of Palms is a barrier island just outside Charleston. It has wide beaches and a relaxed pace, and it's close enough to the city that getting there is easy. Charleston International Airport (CHS) is roughly 35–45 minutes from the resort.
The location suits what VCC is for. You get two focused days of learning, plus plenty of room to step outside and talk shop with people who run operations like yours.
The Wild Dunes Resort is the perfect venue for our annual event - offering countless amenities including beautiful beaches, championship golf, tennis and pickleball, pools, spa and wellness offering, and dining. For 2027, we've redesigned how VCC works. We're moving away from back-to-back sessions in a ballroom and toward something more hands-on and more personal. Here's a preview:
The Main Stage. We'll open with a keynote and continue with general sessions covering where Visibility is headed and how customers are putting the platform to work.
The Solutions Floor. This is the centerpiece of this year's event. It's an open space with topic stations where you sit at the table with our team rather than watching from a row of chairs. Bring your questions, your screens, and your "how do you handle this?" scenarios. Guided hands-on training will run throughout the day, right on the floor.
One-on-one consulting. You'll have dedicated time to sit down with Visibility experts about your own environment, your own challenges, and what's next for your team.
Networking that isn't an afterthought. The conference kicks off with a welcome reception on arrival night and will continue with second evening event at the resort on Night 2. Some of the most useful ideas at VCC come from the customer at the next table who has already solved your problem. There will also be a golf outing on the morning of May 3rd - more info coming soon!
