Q: How can I reserve my room?
A: Reservations can be made by calling the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines at 877-414-8020 and referencing the Visibility Customer Conference to get our special group rate (subject to availability) plus an optional $20 daily resort fee. The reservation cut-off date is September 28, 2021 however we encourage you to book as early as possible as these hotels fill up quickly.
Q: How much is the conference per attendee?
A: The cost per attendee is $895 per person. Sign up early or as a group for discounts! Register by June 30 and pay only $495. Register by July 31st and pay only $725. Register by August 31st and pay only $795. Customer presenters also receive special pricing. Contact customerconference@visibility.com if you would like to present.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
A: Absolutely! Guests are welcome to come to the Welcome Reception and Evening Event. You can bring up to 2 guests for $300 per guest.
