Visibility Internal Affairs Solution (VIAS) generates statistics pertaining to fresh pursuits, accidents, citizen's complaints and use of force incidents. Early Warning System

Administrators can detect problematic officer behavior by generating statistics. Statistical data can be manipulated to analyze information as desired.


Use of Force

Allows input and tracking of the standard force report used by police departments. This data can then be used to generate statistics to provide an early warning system or statistics needed in legal matters.


Fresh Pursuit

In each report, the first screen displays all existing records and can be filtered by any criteria. New records can be entered and existing entries can be edited or printed.


Accident Report Tracking

When a particular record is selected for edit or when adding a new record, different tabs contain report information relevant to the tab title. i.e. information regarding damage in an accident.


Officer Counseling

Keep track of all disciplinary meetings with your Officers. These meetings might be initiated by citizen complaints, early warning system flags, or by the Officer’s Supervisor.


Citizen Complaint

Keep track of citizen complaints and all associated data. This will provide useful statistics on the frequency and the cause of various complaints. It will also allow visibility to Officers who generate many complaints, and highlight trouble spots within the Department.
