As the CEO and
principal investor, John architects Visibility’s
strategic planning, financial operations,
customer relations and product strategy. He has
25 years experience founding, investing in and
growing ERP related software and service
companies. John has a proven track record of
protecting and enhancing his customers’ software
investments and a bankable reputation as an
innovative executive capable of profitably
growing technology companies and creating
shareholder value. His vision is simple:
“Delight every customer!” Prior to investing in
Visibility Corporation, John has held board
level and operating positions at Powersoft
Corporation, IDFM and Spectrum Associates. He
was the Co- Founder of Pivotpoint Corporation
and CEO from 1987 until the year 2000. He has an
B.A. from Holy Cross College and a
J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is a
member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. |

As Vice President of Solutions, Jack helps to
champion the realization of the Visibility
vision to “Delight every customer". Throughout
his 25 year career in ERP Software and Business
Intelligence consulting, Jack has cultivated the
trust of leading manufacturers by combining
enterprise software, business acumen and
technical services that enable clients and
stakeholders to achieve sustainable business
growth. He is recognized for meeting
organization's global initiatives in
streamlining solutions and delivering a
meaningful return on software investments. Prior
to joining Visibility Corporation, Jack was the
Co-founder and President of IDFM and Sudbury
River Partners. He has served in leadership and
executive positions with Spectrum Associates,
The DATA Group and Wang Laboratories. |

Steve joined
Visibility in 2000 bringing more than 20 years
of executive management experience spanning
multiple, successful start-up and early stage
companies to larger, established leaders in
diverse markets including software tools,
enterprise applications, database management
systems and middle ware products in the software
industry. Steve held the position of President
and CEO until September 2004. Prior to joining
Visibility, Steve held senior management
positions in operations, sales and marketing
with several corporations including Oracle,
Powersoft, Pansophic, Infinium and Pivotpoint.
He began his career in sales and sales
management at Unisys/Burroughs. Steve studied
marketing and business holding a BS in Business
Administration from Bryant University. He is a
member and has been certified (CPIM) by the
APICS Society and is a member of The New England
Technology Sales, Marketing, & Business
Development Executives Association. |

Mr. Stone has been
with Visibility since August 1999. Over his
25-year career he has held executive positions
responsible for financial, contract, human
resources, purchasing, customer support center
and business unit management. His assignments
have included managing international business
operations, strategic and business planning,
mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and
strategic partnering, capital financing
including public stock offerings, venture
capital funding and bank financings. Prior to
joining Visibility, Mr. Stone held management
positions with both large, public multi-national
corporations and mid-market private companies
including WSI Corporation, TASC Inc., and GTE
Corporation. His industry experience includes
software, aerospace/defense, communications,
electronics and electrical devices
manufacturing, and construction. He began his
career with Coopers and Lybrand and is a CPA.
Mr. Stone holds a MBA from Syracuse University,
a MS in Taxation from Suffolk University and a
BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College. He is a
member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and its Information
Technology Division. |

Lori joined Visibility in 2006 as Vice President
of Business Development bringing more than 20
years sales and executive management experience
in the ERP industry. Lori’s primary role is to
expand the exposure of VISIBILITY.net through a
combination of direct sales, as well as
expanding the Visibility reseller channel.
Prior to joining Visibility, Lori was the
founder and President of The Oasys Group, an
Oracle Application Reseller and Implementation
partner, which began as a channel partner firm
of Spectrum Associates and Pivotpoint. Lori began
her career at Ask Computer Systems and later
Minx Software, holding several sales and senior
management positions at each Companies. |

Kelley is responsible for the general
business operations of Visibility which include
Human Resources, Facilities and Administration.
Prior to Visibility, Kelley has had a
successful 11-year career in the high tech
industry in various management positions related
to business operations, most recently with MAPICS, Inc.
She has held senior
positions in Accounting, Office Management,
Facilities Management and Human Resources
Management. |
