T. Nugent - Chairman and CEO
As the CEO and principal investor, John architects Visibility’s strategic planning, financial operations, customer relations and product strategy. He has 25 years experience founding, investing in and growing ERP related software and service companies. John has a proven track record of protecting and enhancing his customers’ software investments and a bankable reputation as an innovative executive capable of profitably growing technology companies and creating shareholder value. His vision is simple: “Delight every customer!” Prior to investing in Visibility Corporation, John has held board level and operating positions at Powersoft Corporation, IDFM and Spectrum Associates. He was the Co- Founder of Pivotpoint Corporation and CEO from 1987 until the year 2000. He has a B.A. from Holy Cross College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
Saint - President and COO
As President and COO, Jack helps to champion the realization of the Visibility vision to “Delight every customer." Throughout his 25 year career in ERP Software and Business Intelligence consulting, Jack has cultivated the trust of leading manufacturers by combining enterprise software, business acumen and technical services that enable clients and stakeholders to achieve sustainable business growth. He is recognized for meeting organization's global initiatives in streamlining solutions and delivering a meaningful return on software investments. Prior to joining Visibility Corporation, Jack was the Co-founder and President of IDFM. He earned a B.A. from Holy Cross College and has served in leadership and executive positions with Spectrum Associates, The DATA Group and Wang Laboratories.
M. Stone - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Stone has been with Visibility since August 1999. Over his 25-year career he has held executive positions responsible for financial, contract, human resources, purchasing, customer support center and business unit management. His assignments have included managing international business operations, strategic and business planning, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic partnering, capital financing including public stock offerings, venture capital funding and bank financings. Prior to joining Visibility, Mr. Stone held management positions with both large, public multi-national corporations and mid-market private companies including WSI Corporation, TASC Inc., and GTE Corporation. His industry experience includes software, aerospace/defense, communications, electronics and electrical devices manufacturing, and construction. He began his career with Coopers and Lybrand and is a CPA. Mr. Stone holds a MBA from Syracuse University, a MS in Taxation from Suffolk University and a BS in Accounting from LeMoyne College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Information Technology Division.
Gonsalves - Director of Business Operations
Kelley is responsible for the general business operations of Visibility which include Human Resources, Facilities and Administration. Prior to Visibility, Kelley has had a successful 11-year career in the high tech industry in various management positions related to business operations, most recently with MAPICS, Inc. She has held senior positions in Accounting, Office Management, Facilities Management and Human Resources Management.
Aldrich - Director of Account Management
Jaclyn joined Visibility in 2005. Jaclyn’s primary role within Visibility is to establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers. Prior to joining Visibility, Jaclyn had progressive professional growth and much success providing Management Consulting services to a variety of clients in a broad range of industries. Jaclyn began her career with Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker and from there spent a few years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers focusing on SOX compliance. Jaclyn’s unique and proven ability to understand a company’s business environment enables her to offer the best solutions to assist clients in achieving and often times exceeding their business improvement objectives.
Cranford - Director of Solution Consulting
Scott brings 20 years of experience in executive positions within sales, services and operations for enterprise software and consulting companies. He has a deep understanding of the customer value received through deployment of ERP, CRM, BI and eCommerce solutions for small, mid-sized and large manufacturing companies. Scott has built first class solution consulting organizations and is instrumental in driving new license revenue and delivering successful ERP implementations. Prior to joining Visibility, Scott was a Vice President at a mid-sized Professional Services company where he was responsible for overall strategy and day-to-day operations. Scott has also served as Vice President of Sales for Verticent and has held leadership positions at Oracle and Epicor. He has a B.S. in International Business from University of the Pacific.
