Solution Details

The Visibility Roster, Duty and Detail Solution ("VRDDS") allows users to manage employees, their duties and scheduling, as well as feed a payroll system. It allows for Detail and Shift Assignment, Payroll calculation, and Vendor Billing and Aging.

Manage Officer

Users can access a full roster of employees or filter the search by name, badge ID or rank.

Once an employee is selected, various pay scale options allow a user to select the appropriate classification.

Manage Shift

The first shift menu organizes all existing shifts by date, specific shift and shift manager. It also indicates which shifts have not been assigned to officers, alerts users to shifts being understaffed, and points out vacation conflicts.

Manage Detail

Users can add details and add officers to details based on your selected criteria such as rank, hours worked on previous detail and availability. Graphically driven by a calendar, which highlights areas that need your attention, such as details that have not yet been assigned to an officer.

Reports

Reports included are: Shift Report, Detail Report, Officer Report and Vendor Report. All reports can be filtered.

Execute Payroll

Administrators can track wages earned by officers as specific to shift, duty and detail for each pay period. Entries can be edited and when complete, the entire pay period’s information can be sent directly to a payroll system.

Vendor Billing and Aging

The VRDDS calculates vendor billing, prints invoices & tracks payment based on detail worked.
