Technical Writer for our software
applications.

In this role, you will research,
write, edit, test and produce online
user ‘help’ tools and training
materials for our new software
applications.
Experience and Skill
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an
individual must have
-
1 to 3 years of experience in the field
or in a related field
-
Experience with Macromedia RoboHelp® or a similar
software documentation tool
-
Knowledge of commonly-used technical
writing concepts, practices, and
procedures
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and with
cross-departmental teams
-
Ability to meet project deadlines
-
Ability to multi-task
-
Positive, energetic attitude with
eagerness to learn and grow
professionally
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field
(preferred) and accounting, manufacturing,
or supply chain software application
experience as a functional user or as a
product support professional
