Summary
Visibility Corporation, a leading
provider of ERP software solutions
for manufacturing and municipal
organizations, is seeking an
experienced Release Manager for its
Andover, MA location. The Release
Manager should have database
management and operating systems
experience. Knowledge of business
applications would be helpful, but
not required. This position reports
to the Development Department
Manager.
The Release Manager is responsible
for packaging the components of
Visibility’s software products. This
includes creation and maintenance of
product installation scripts,
database schema installation and
update scripts, and ongoing support
of the internal development
environments.
Successful candidates must have the
following skills, experience and
education:
Skills and Experience
• DBA skills with Oracle and
SQLServer
• Install Shield experience
• Working knowledge of Unix and
Windows Server operating systems
• Good SQL skills, knowledge of
triggers and stored procedures
• Experience with Visual Source Safe
• Data Modeling experience
• .Net knowledge
• Ability to work on multiple
priorities and/or projects
simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written
communication
• Development experience on large
scale software projects
• 3+ years professional experience
required
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
