Visibility Corporation, a leading provider of ERP software solutions for the Manufacturing and Municipal industries, is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager for its Andover, MA location. The Technical Services Manager should have an effective combination of business knowledge and project management expertise to implement VISIBILITY.net ERP. We are looking to hire highly motivated and talented professionals who want to challenge themselves with different projects in new environments. You must be energetic, creative, and a self-starter with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

The Technical Services Manager responsible for participation in the sale and execution of software development projects for our Manufacturing, Municipal and custom applications. The Technical Services Manager is also responsible for following up with the customer after the implementation is complete to ensure that the customer's business objectives are being met.

Successful candidates must have the following skills, experience and education:

Experience and Skill Requirements

• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

• Ability to manage a team of developers

• Strong customer relationship skills

• Ability to work well with multiple stakeholders. Must posses the ability to understand client objectives, scope, execute, manage and present in order to be of most use to the customer’s needs

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Willingness to travel (minimal)

• Work with Sales team to respond to Requests for Quote

• Development experience on large scale software projects

• Experience leading a software implementation project(s) (desirable)

• Experience in project management consulting methodology, project design, scope management and reporting (desirable)

• Experience in the following industries (desirable)

  • Manufacturing

  • Health Care

  • Insurance

  • Government

  • Other industries

• 4+ years professional experience required

Preference will be attributed to candidates with the following additional qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification (desirable)

• MBA or other Master Degree desirable
