European Director of Sales and Business Development

Visibility is recruiting for a new position of Sales and Business Development Director for its European headquarters located in Manchester, U.K. This highly visible position reports directly to the senior executive management of Visibility Corporation, the parent company based in the U.S.

Reporting to the Sales and Business Development Director will be staff in the Manchester office. Visibility expects this sales organization and related staff to grow as the company’s revenue growth accelerates.

Visibility is poised to significantly grow revenue from its new fully web-engineered, .NET enterprise software, VISIBILITY.net, which serves the to-order and complex, project-driven manufacturing markets. Visibility plans to grow its VISIBILITY.net customer base throughout Europe using distribution channel partners and by converting its current, substantial installed customer base of VISIBILITY 6.x users.

In addition, the Sales and Business Development Director will direct the healthy revenue growth from Visibility’s Microsoft-based Business Intelligence solutions business which complements any enterprise product in any industry or government application.

Lastly, the Sales and Business Development Director will identify and pursue new market opportunities in Europe for Visibility’s .NET-based products and solutions.

Visibility is seeking a high energy, entrepreneurial leader who has a successful track record in the following enterprise software sales and business development areas:

  • Building distribution channels in Europe for an enterprise/BI software company. Existing relationships with prospective channel partner decision-makers is essential.

  • Leading direct sales and services staffs. Experience selling enterprise products and services is essential. Experience selling BI solutions would also be a plus.

  • Managing and growing an IT sales and services organization.

  • Experience in IT consulting services is a plus.
