Visibility is recruiting a New
Accounts Software Sales professional
in its Manchester area European
headquarters office. The position
will be a highly visible position
and will report into the Managing
Director.
Visibility has released during the
past year its new enterprise
resource planning software,
VISIBILITY.net which is being sold
to the complex, project-driven
manufacturing markets.
VISIBILITY.net is unique as a .NET
engineered ERP software product and
it is experiencing significant
revenue growth in the North American
market. Visibility is looking for a
sales professional to leverage the
VISIBILITY.net sales success
throughout Europe with early focus
on the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate has the
potential to become the Sales
Manager responsible for growing the
entire direct and indirect sales
organization for the EMEA sales
region.
Visibility is seeking a high energy,
entrepreneurial sales professional
who has the following background:

Successful record selling enterprise
software products is essential
-
Knowledge of complex, project-driven
manufacturing companies business process
requirements is essential
-
Willingness and capability to handle the
entire sales cycle except pre-sales and
to include marketing, lead generation,
prospect and proposal development,
negotiation and closing deals
-
Experience with SME manufacturing
markets would be useful
-
Relationships with resellers to build
indirect sales channels in EMEA region
in the future would be a plus
Compensation will be market-driven
and reflect a successful record with
an incentive structure that strongly
rewards success.
