VisMoble Suite Expands with Warehouse Management System

Visibility has extended its VisMobile Application Suite with the addition of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

ANDOVER, MA - August 27, 2010 - Visibility today announced the availability of its new VisMobile Warehouse Management System (WMS). This application joins Shop Floor Data Collection, in the line of VisMobile software solutions. By linking the warehouse and shop floor to the VISIBILITY.net ERP system, the VisMobile Software Suite empowers employees and allows manufacturing companies to optimize operations, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of daily inventory tasks.

VisMobile WMS is a real-time web application that enables shop floor inventory transactions to be run on any handheld device that supports Microsoft® Windows Mobile 6.1. VISIBILITY.net ERP software users will have the ability to use a wireless bar-code scanner to execute various transactions including: warehouse and location transfers, cycle counts, physical inventory, purchase receipts, material request fulfillment, work order moves and paperless Kanban. VisMobile WMS is made easy with on screen prompts, automatically populated data, and preprinted bar codes which eliminate manual data entry.
