Attendee Registration
Full Conference
The Registration fee for the full
conference is $995 per person, which
includes admittance to all conference sessions,
sponsored meals, and the special evening events.
Early Registration Discount:
Register by
February 22, 2008 and receive an early
discounted price of
$795.
Executive One Day Track
The registration fee for the one
day Executive Track, is $495 (includes,
the Evening Event on Thursday night, Friday
conference sessions and meals).
How To Register
Complete the Registration Form,
using either this on-line form or the printed
form included in your Conference mailer. Submit
a completed registration form for each attendee.
All registration materials are
due by or before April 7, 2008.
Registration after this date will
be subject to a $50 late fee.

Conference registration fees may be credited to
